Return Policy

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Contact us via WhatsApp at 0335-7557911 with your order ID to initiate a return.

Size Exchanges

• Free size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
• Contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the exchange for you.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is covered by AR Kicks for defective or incorrect items.
• For other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Sale & Clearance Items

Please note that sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at 0335-7557911 with your order ID.
2. Tell us the reason for the return.
3. We will arrange a pickup for the item.
4. Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed.
